The Teshie-Nungua Area Superintendent, Snr. Min. Emmanuel N. A. Acquaye has said that the only way to be a true Christian is to reflect the nature of God and make a difference wherever one finds himself or herself.
This, he said, at the commencement of the Greater Accra Zone 3 Youth Camp meeting held on Thursday, August 24th, 2023, at the Salvation Army Officers Training College, Tema.
The Greater Accra Zone 3 is made up of the Adabraka, La, and Teshie Nungua Administrative Areas. This is the second zone observing the Maiden National Youth Ministry Camp Meeting.
According to Snr. Min. Acquaye, Christians need to stand out and be different in everything they find themselves doing.
“As a true Christian, there must be a difference between you and your audience”, he said.
Speaking at the event, he admonished the youth to endeavor to put away all negative, deceitful, and deviant behaviors.
“Put away all negative manners, and deceit and desist from all deviant behaviors because you are born again, you are a Christian”, he noted.
He further advised the youth to always desire the word of God and share the word with others so they can be saved and become beneficiaries of salvation.
He emphasized the need to study the Word to be spiritual and successful in making a difference.
