
The 2023 National Youth Ministry Delegates Conference commenced on Thursday, 23rd November, 2023, at the Apostolic Resource Retreat and Conference Centre at Fafraha.
The Conference has brought together Area Youth Ministry Pastors, Area Leaders and Secretaries, National Sub Committees, and National Committee Members.
To open the conference, Snr. Min. Ernest Kwaku Boateng, the Director for Movements Ministries Fellowships Associations and Groups (MMFAG) called on all delegates to be open minded to learn and receive insight from the various teachings that would be given during the Conference. He emphasised National Management’s support to the Youth Ministry and called on all delegates to actively participate in the conference.
It is expected that the conference will be attended by over two hundred delegates across the country.
Seasoned resource persons ministering at the conference are Apostle Dr. Aaron Ami Narh (President, TAC-Gh), Apostle Andrews Nortey (Leader, National Youth Ministry), Apostle Abraham Ofori Kuragu and Apostle Phillip Jonas Offei (Rtd) among others.
Speaking on the rationale for the conference, the Secretary of the National Youth Ministry, Overseer Dr. Thomas Buxton stated that the conference is intended to be a platform to review performance reports for the year, cast vision and initiatives for the subsequent year as well as a time for spiritual and leadership development.
The theme for the conference is ‘Strengthen Thy Stakes; Equipping Thyself For The 21st Century Youth Ministry’ , and it would end with a church service on Sunday, 26th November, 2023 at Fafraha.
